General Ward
The general ward of the hospital is the common unit where patients are admitted in the same room. The patients are transferred here from the critical units or are directly admitted who need much lesser supervision. This stage is crucial in patients’ health improvement. A frequent routine of checkups is being held by the doctors and the presence of multiple nurses in the unit is assured.
Amenities
With a total capacity of 50 beds, there are separate 25 beds for males and 25 beds allotted for females in the general ward. In health care, hygiene is critical. Hospital rooms need to be clean to reduce infections and prevent the spread of diseases. There are 6 toilets and 1 bathroom which undergoes routine cleanliness of three times every day by the allotted staff. One room has been dedicated to washing clothes. There is 24×7 availability of hot water. When it comes to drinking water both hot and cold water is available.
The ward is also equipped with one isolation room for its patients.
